Half Marathon Fuel Pack

$42.00 CAD

164 g of carbohydrate. Six gels, two electrolyte sticks, one waffle. Half the distance, none of the guesswork.

A half marathon is long enough that fuelling changes your race, and short enough that most people ignore it entirely. Then they fade at 16 km and assume it was fitness.

One hundred and sixty-four grams of carbohydrate, packed for a race between roughly 1:45 and 2:30. Six gels — one before the start, then one every 25 to 30 minutes, with enough in the box that a slower finish or a hot day does not leave you short. Two electrolyte sticks for race morning and recovery. One waffle for the night before.

Take what you need and keep the rest for your next long run. Nothing here expires by Sunday.

Caffeine, or not

Same total fuel, same price. The caffeinated build swaps two gels for caffeinated ones — 75 mg in total. Or keep it completely clean.

Fuelling needs vary with race duration, intensity, conditions and individual tolerance. Use this pack in training before you use it on race day. During-race hydration should be adjusted for conditions and for what is available on course.
